Morocco’s wine growing region of Zenata is located on The Atlantic Coast nearby to Casablanca. Its culture reflects influences from not only its French Heritage but also its Arabian + Spanish neighbors. This rich red wine produced from Syrah grape contains spice tones that pair perfectly with native merguez lamb sausage.
